Deposit of 25% when booking the balance of the stay to be settled at the maximum 1 month before the arrival date.
Low season: arrival day free from 4PM, departure before 11AM.
High season: arrival on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays from 4PM, departure before 11AM, 4 nights minimum reservation.
In case of late arrival or early departure no refund or reduction will be granted.
The rentals are fully equipped for the number of people allowed. A deposit of 150 € will be requested upon arrival (including 50 € of cleaning deposit). In case of uncleaned rental, your cleaning deposit (50 €) will not be returned.
Tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years: 0,22 €.
