Is the campground family-friendly?

The campground is family-friendly, with 71 open sites for tents, trailers, camper vans, and RVs, as well as 4-person accommodations (cottages or mobile homes). A new playground for children ages 1 to 12 was just installed in early 2026. Finally, the campground is equipped with a bathroom for couples with infants under 1 year old, featuring a special baby bathtub.

What activities are there to do near the campground?

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a variety of activities, such as hiking, biking, or exploring the region’s villages and landscapes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The campground does not allow check-ins after 7:00 p.m. Cancellation insurance is available at the time of booking, particularly in the event of a late arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 PM for campsites and by 10:00 AM for accommodations.

What types of accommodations do you offer?

We offer mobile homes (for 2 or 4 people), cottages (for 4 people), and “Coco Sweet” or cottage-style accommodations without private bathrooms (with shared restrooms nearby).

Can I choose the location I want?

We let customers choose their own location, whenever possible

Are there electrical outlets at the campsites?

Electric outlets are strategically placed throughout the campground every 2 or 3 sites (either 1 outlet for every 2 sites or 1 outlet for every 4 sites)

Does the campground have a service area for RVs?

Yes, the campground has a disposal station for chemical toilets and gray water (wet wipes are not allowed).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, Visa, and vacation checks

Is there a minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 nights for mobile homes and cottages, except during July and August, when the minimum stay is 7 nights. The minimum stay is 1 night for Coco Sweet (2 people) and bare campsites.

Do you serve bread and pastries?

We are pleased to offer you our bread and pastries service; please place your order the day before at the front desk. The bread and pastries come from the bakeries in Cucuron and Ansousi.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground with no limits and free of charge

Is there a grocery store on site?

At the front desk, you’ll find a selection of basic groceries as well as local products

Are facilities such as a washer/dryer available?

In the restroom area, you’ll find a washing machine

Does the campground have a charging station for electric vehicles?

No, the campground does not have a charging station for electric vehicles; however, there is one available in the village of Cucuron, and there are fast-charging stations in Pertuis (McDonald’s, Lidl, etc.).

Is it possible to charge my electric vehicle at my parking space?

That is strictly prohibited! The system is not designed for that purpose, and there is a significant fire hazard!

Are there any family-friendly activities?

Our campground does not offer any entertainment. However, you’ll have the opportunity to play pétanque with other campers. We host happy hours once a month, as well as meals, particularly for Neighbors’ Day and July 14.

Does Le Moulin à Vent Campground have a swimming pool?

No, our campground has made a conscious decision not to have a swimming pool in order to preserve the absolute peace and tranquility of the grounds. If you’d like to cool off, the Étang de la Bonde (a beautiful natural lake perfect for swimming) is located just a few kilometers from the campground.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. for accommodations and by 12:00 p.m. for campsites

Can I have visitors?

Visitors must walk to the front desk. A maximum of 6 people per campsite or accommodation unit, and they must leave by 7:00 p.m. when the front desk closes.

Are barbecues allowed?

Barbecues are permitted in the designated areas on the campground. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited on the campsites. Gas barbecues are permitted.
